Kamla Bai Saheriya, an elderly woman from Madhya Pradesh, was abandoned by children after her husband had passed away. Her only support was the widow pension that she received. Her suffering compounded when she stopped receiving even that paltry sum due to reasons unknown. Clueless and distraught, she did not know which door to knock for help.
