All our programs are developed with consultation with stakeholders at the ground level. From district coordinators to SoochnaPreneurs, we regularly speak with them to understand the needs and requirements of the communities we work with. This is what has made our various models successful. Across all pillars from access and infrastructure to research and advocacy, we have ensured the voices of our communities are the loudest. Instead of working for communities, we work with communities to ensure their participation as it helps us maximize impact. Over the last 20 years this policy has helped us build trust with people from 6,000 villages across the country.
